Hart`s Fillin` Station in DeFuniak Springs

My husband and I rode our motorcycles up from Niceville. It was a great ride and the food was fantastic!

Excellent excellent excellent. Some of the absolute best “home cookin” I’ve ever had in a restaurant and reasonably priced. I now understand why people drive so far out of their way to come here. And if you do make it, make sure you thank the chef, Kim (Hart), and give her a big hug! If you read this Kim, you are a gem! We loved you only after talking with you for a few minutes.

Our first visit was so great. The food was great! The owner was such a wonderful person. She made you fill like family. Feb.2017.On Feb. 12,2018 Monday,we were so disappointed to find the restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday! We are from Atlanta area and was on our way home from Destin,Fl.We sure missed eating there this trip. We will be back and we will be sure to remember you are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Please keep up the good business hope to stop on our next trip.

We love the menu variety & staff so friendly. Love walking through their store, which sometimes we make a purchase. No matter what we order, it is always served hot & good with plenty of it.

Friendly, casual restaurant. Attentive service, spotless, and with very generous servings. Three entrees, about a dozen sides, and several deserts - everything homemade.

Delicious food, we will definitely go back. You get a ton of food for the price. The downside, it's easy to over eat because they give you 4x the serving size with every part of the meal.

Still my number one place to go to.Great food, large portions and the owner and staff are like good friends. If you pass by you will miss out.

Loved it! The sides were so good, and the desserts. They precook it all and have it on a buffet line. When you order, it is scooped out and served. Chicken was cold but very tastey!

Awesome food and great service.

Service was poor, and owner was rude. I did not get what I ordered even though they set and served two tables ahead of us. Finally they set a plate of chicken in front of me which I didn’t order and said it was “on the house” when we went to pay they refused to honor that! I never once got a refill of my water either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
